Privacy Notice and Client Acknowledgement

ISAACS Attorneys, of 86 Racecourse Road, Kenwyn, Cape Town, will process the personal information you provide in this questionnaire for the purposes of opening a client file, contacting you, providing legal advice, preparing your will and related estate-planning documents, arranging execution of the will, invoicing you, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and maintaining our professional records.

Some of the information requested may include special personal information relevant to an Islamic will, as well as information relating to minors and other persons named by you in your will. Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

The supply of the requested information is voluntary, but if you do not provide sufficient information, ISAACS Attorneys may be unable to advise you properly or prepare your will. Your information will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including POPIA, and may be shared only where reasonably necessary with authorised service providers or professionals involved in preparing your documents, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
